Below you'll find every important detail about shipping charges, delivery times, and the payment methods accepted by STELA SHOP across our home and garden range. The terms outlined here form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Charges

All prices shown on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Any shipping charges are shown separately during the ordering process, before you finalise your order.

⚠️ Please note: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, and further charges may apply — all of which are payable by the recipient. These are not charged by STELA SHOP, but are levied directly by the customs authorities or shipping provider in the destination country.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times start running from the date of order confirmation, together with receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for dispatch on the same day. Orders received at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

If an item is not immediately available, this will be indicated on the corresponding product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, strikes, or other unforeseeable events — delivery times may be extended. Where this happens, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Partners

To dispatch your order, we work with reputable logistics companies including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your shipment leaves the warehouse, an email containing the relevant tracking number is automatically sent to you, letting you follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address you have entered is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages or delays arising from inaccurate address data. Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

In some cases it may make sense to split an order across several shipments — for example, when individual products become available at different times. There is, of course, no additional shipping cost to you as a result.

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods — depending, for instance, on the order amount, destination country, or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All payment transactions are handled via SSL/TLS-encrypted, appropriately secured connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details entered by you are transmitted directly to the relevant provider — full credit card details are at no point stored by STELA SHOP.

8. Invoicing

For every order placed with us, you automatically receive an invoice, which we send to you by email. This includes all legally required information, with the VAT amount shown separately.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

If your shipment doesn't arrive within the stated delivery window, or if the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@stelashop.com, quoting your order number. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution without delay.
